Harmonious Pace—United Spirit

July 1st 2011 was our company’s anniversary.  The administration department organized a party to celebrate and it was very successful.  Although the preparation was not perfect, we learned a lot from this activity.  It demonstrated the growing themes of gratitude and responsibility along with our company’s discipline and spirit.

In the ceremony, Chairman Qin’s speech was very encouraging:
“There are no words to describe the excitement and efforts we have made in the past year.  At this moment I am very touched.  Along the way I have witnessed day by day the growth of my staff and colleagues, therefore the burden on me is less and less but we still have many tasks to perform and need to work harder to see whether we have proper strategies and development orientation.  We should keep our fast growing pace although we may meet many obstacles.  Our team is growing and our goals will be achieved.  In this occasion I particularly want to express my appreciation to all my employees.  Because of all of you we will be successful.”

Chairman Qin’s speech was met with applause then with exciting and high-spirited background music, honors were bestowed on 9 outstanding employees.  What we have earned is the result of our teamwork and persistence.  Our conscientiousness, dedication and strength are contributive to Hui Cai’s success.

An anniversary celebration is mainly for the employees and during the party all the staff joined together for the dancing, singing and a lucky draw and riddle game pushed the party to its climax. Everyone attending felt and was affected by the warmth of the entire group.

This celebratory gathering strengthened us and enhanced our working relationships.  It stimulated our enthusiasm to grow with the company and develop our ability to make it more successful.  Looking back to see what we have done helps us work for a better future tomorrow.  There is a long way ahead and we will surely encounter some difficulties however our hard work will create a brighter future.  We will be proud of our company and write a new page of history.
